The work will involve the following key activities:
Provide advice to Project teams on contract strategy and commercial matters
Prepare contract strategy and tenderboard submissions
Compilation of tender and contract documents.
Compilation of Tender administration, commercial evaluations.
General post award administration of contracts.
SAP input - Creating contracts, and running control reports.
Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Management process, procedures and business controls.
Adhere to ¿¿¿¿ Business Principles.
Ensure compliance with US Export Controls and EU and local competition law
engineering degree in mechanichal, automatic, construction field, electromechanical, english language,
The position would suit someone with a minimum 10 years relevant contracts/commercial experience in the North Sea Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in the Projects arena.
