Job Title: Planner/Senior Planner (J0008595)

Job Description:
Ensure planning activities are performed in an acceptable manner and conform to Company Standards
Establish Baseline
Maintain and follow-up detailed and summary project plans for all phases of the Project including: Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation, all in accordance with Client and Company requirements
Man hour and resource planning
Progress reporting both internally and to Client (weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly as required). Progress reporting shall typically include the following:
Schedule reports
Monitoring, verification and interpretation of subcontractor progress report
Resource utilization/performance reports
Revenue reports and back-up to invoices
Workload looks ahead as required
Analysis of project critical path and evaluation of problems and potential corrective measures
Establish schedule impact of Variation Order Requests (VORs) and other project changes
Identification of critical project activities
Establish and maintain Engineering Master Document Register (MDR), in conjunction with the Document Controller
Close interface with Project Cost Controller
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a planner/sr. planning position
Willing to work in a flexible manner and to work as part of a team
Good communication and presentation skills
Software:
Project Schedules: Primavera P3/P6 and Microsoft Project
Document Register: ProArc
