We are looking for our customer based in Norway, talented Java System Developers
As a consultant, you will work independently or as part of a team to specify, design, develop, test and manage software through a flexible approach
We use a wide range of tools and environments. You should be able to develop a JEE environment, and have experience with the most common Open Source tools such as Spring, Maven , Hibernate. We expect that you are familiar with development methodologies such as Scrum and Lean.
In addition, you should have knowledge of and experience with at least one of the following topics:
• Portal and search technology (eg. Liferay, SiteVision, Lucene, FAST)
• Recent programming languages (eg. Ruby, Scala)
• Rich Web clients (Flex or JavaFX)
• Integration (lightweight architecture or ESB)
We want you to have the following qualifications:
• Higher education.
• Minimum 4 years work experience as a consultant or similar.
• Experience in complex projects for large customers.
• Good knowledge of project management and implementation.
• Dynamic, focused and resourceful with the ability to create ideas, plan, carry out and implement.
• Independent, but skills while working in teams.
• Good at communication and relationship building.
• Advanced in English language
