Our Norwegian partner is seeking Designer for Piping.
Project description:
Multi discipline design of drill and floor structure for semi-submersible rigs and drill ship.
Design to be in accordance with classification Rules from DNV and ABS and partly Norsok Regulations and NS-EN Standards. The period of employment is 6 month that can be prolonged.
Tasks:
Perform routing and design of high pressure and low pressure pipe system in a multi discipline 3D model on Drilling packages.
Requirements – Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in design of high pressure and low pressure pipe systems used in Oil & Gas industry including offshore platforms
- 3D modeling and detail design of process and utility pipe systems in AutoPlant 3D CAD system
- Experience with producing pipe isometric drawings extracted from AutoPlant 3D model
- Experience with producing Bill of material and material take at different basic information like P&Id,s and also from 3D models
- Competence on relevant piping materials and fabrication specifications used in offshore installations like Norsok specifications.
- Very good knowledge of English language

Bentley AutoPlant Piping, AutoCad and NavisWorks viewer
