Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in large roads and highway projects, including management of several large teams simultaneously.
Candidate must be aquainted with CATERPILLAR equipment or similar, including earth moving equipment, motor graders, loaders, excavators, motor scrapers, compactors, etc.
Candidate must have experience in earth works including:
Earth moving, excavation, fill, transportation and compaction to required standard, sub-base, base and stabilization, crushed stone base, layng with pavers, asphalt binder and wearing layers, etc.
Experience and knowledge of materials and laboratory procedures is an advantage.
Engineering education is preffered.
Candidate must have good command of the English language verbal and fair reading and writing.
