RISK MANAGEMENT ADVISER

The job profile for the candidate to act as project focal point on all risk management matters; from project commercial to HSE and all other project risks. The successful candidate will be custodian of the risk management database, having developed input parameters from all Lead Package Engineers ¿ based on
He will be constantly updating the database, based on agreed shifts in the project metrics and would be the Bonga North West advocate classification of risks and assignment of severity weighting. He will constantly be working with the Package Leads to drive their actions and maintain the project on the right course.

¿ A degree in engineering with 10 years minimum experience would be required, preferably in project engineering.
¿ A working knowledge of Quality management and/or HSE management systems, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams are essential requirements for this position
¿ Must be able to work with Package Leads in developing contingency plans on all identified risks, and develop strategy plans to capture opportunities.
¿ He/She should also be able to assist in the implementation of all related plans
