Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience of work in execution of public, commercial and/or residential building projects.
He must have BSC. or higher diploma of civil engineering from a known academic institute.
His work will include assisting the Project Manager in:
- Supervision of works on site, quality control;
- Preparation and follow up of time tables and work programs;
- Preparation of monthly valuations to the client;
- Management of sub contractors;
- Other project management tasks as required.
Candidate must have good command of the English language, speaking, reading and writing.
Candidate should have negotiatons experience and skills.
He should have leadership skills and capacity to relate well with his coworkers and the Client's representative.
