For a multinational leader in the telecom industry, Grant Thornton Romania - Moldova is looking for consultants, with skills and experience in LTE, willing to work in multicultural and foreign environments in the following domains: Radio Network Planning / Radio Network Optimisation
Mission: Assistance to Telecom customers in the development of their activities
Profile:
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in equivalent technical position with a telecom company
• Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication / Electronics or equivalent university degree
• Deep understanding about operator business and operational processes in connection with the domain of expertise
• Team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills
• Analytical and planning skills
• A self-driven and motivated individual
• Attention to details
• Consistency and dedication to succeed
• Will to work in multicultural environments
• Mastering of Engineering guidelines
• Mastering of Optimisation with End to End quality approach including devices’ behaviour and configuration for the improvement of the End Customer’s perception
• Mastering of operation guidelines
