Translates documents, mell ,documentation
Organizes the contact With the visitors
Copies the documentation
Records issues discussed during the meetings
Organizes the meetings that take place in the company
 Taking care about treasuring
Organizes external sevices
Organizes and coding official trips
Organizes arrivals, accommodation and departures of visiting business partners
Monitoring and coding representation bills, transportation and nights spent on a business trip in accordance with the instructions for sorting and monitoring expenses through the Accounting department


CERINTE

- university degree (finances or administration)
- minimum 1 year experience of working in a similar position;
- a strong working knowledge of current employment legislation;
- demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and frequently changing priorities;
- requires strong written and oral communication skills;
- ability to process confidential and sensitive information;
