The job holder’s responsability will consist of:
- contacting future partners within the EU, and preparing for business negotiations
- attaining candidates for specific job vacancies (editing and posting different advertisments in various forms of communication)
- giving the candidates detailed orientation for the job vacancies which assures a corellation between competence and motivation.
-preselecting the candidates according to the job offer’s requirements
University degree:
At least 3 years relevant working experience (Prior practice in selection and recruitment)
Excellent knowledge of Romanian labor law
Excellent interpersonal, planning, organising and influencing skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Effective presentation skills
Personal & professional integrity
Good command of both written and spoken English (German is an asset)
Computer skills - advanced level of MS Office
