Production Manager (for Mexico)

Multinational company with over 20 years of experience in bottle manufacturing and filling technologies SIPA S.p.a is searching for Production Manager for his production site in Mexico.


Sipa is a technological partner whose main goal is to offer innovative and competitive solutions to specific Customer needs. The company has developed a unique, diversified and competitive range of bottle manufacturing platforms such us linear and rotary blow molders, injection machines, integrated machines, complete filling lines, tooling for non-SIPA platforms.

Role: Overseeing the production process for blowing and injections moulds through all the phases and make sure the products are produced on time, efficiently, of the right quality, quantity and cost

Responsabilities:

- Draw up the production schedule and setting up priorities
- Supervise the fulfillment of the production plan
- Collaborate with Logistic and Purchasing departments for materials planning
- Responsible for the continuous monitoring of the production process
- Achieve and meet the quality requirements
- Collaborate with Technical Department to improve product quality and check the phase of the project
- Ensure the optimal use of operations and work capacities
- Program the maintenance of CNC machines and tools according with production planning and established budget
- Ensure the production continuity and efficiency
- Maintain the continuity of the production and technological flow
- Ensure that all internal procedures are clearly defined and applied
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with the health and safety norms
- Coordinate, evaluate and motivate the subordinated team
