For one of cients, a leading global producer of aerial work platforms and material telehandlers, we are looking for Supplier Quality Engineer!
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate the assessment and execution of quality process with suppliers;
Ensure that supplier’s systems and processes are capable to meet customer requirements;
Facilitate continuous quality and process improvement activities with suppliers;
Cooperate cross functionally with other departments on supplier new products [performance and development;
Audit for new potential suppliers;
Support purchasing department by regular audit of supply base and on boarding new suppliers.
Success requires:
University degree in mechanical/electromechanical engineering;
Experience in a similar position preferably in automotive industry (working directly and face to face with suppliers);
Strong knowledge about welding, casting and electrical processes;
APQP and PPAP knowledge;
Fluent in English.
