Analyzes together with the Production, Logistics and Technical Department the causes of the problems that affect the production process and participates at the decision making process regarding their solving
• Verifies together with the Production Department Manager, Quality Department Manager production shift leader and the fault elimination team the quality, productivity and the cleanliness and discipline on the allocated shift
• Analyzes together with the other departments the overview of the nonconformities discovered after the audit
• Organizes together with the other quality shift leaders and with the quality project manager the personnel allocation on shifts
• Identifies the training needs of the subordinates and is involved, together with the human resources department on their evaluation
University Degree in Technical field
• English and / or German language skills – medium level
• PC operating skills – medium level
• Experience in production and / or quality field – minimum 1 year
• Experience in personnel coordination
• Experience in automotive industry – is a plus
• Leadership skills
