-Act as the representative and main interface to the Customer for quality escalated issues, in the Plants where the respective product is being produced;
-Warranty Management;
-Analyze customer warranty trend data;
-Monitor warranty costs;
-Warranty payment approval;
-Monitor quality key indicators and introduce action if necessary;
-Define and monitor actions from customer visits and audits;
-Act as a contract for customer and pilot plant/ JIS center if a customer complaint arises;
-Report to the plant Quality Management on problems and quality situation;
-Process customer complaints and inform affected departments;
-Monitor implementation of corrective actions;
-Train QA Shift Supervisors;
-Respects the internal regulations regarding work safety and the environmental policy of the company.
For this position, our client offers relocation package for candidates outside Medias.
-Technical Bachelor Degree;
-Quality Management knowledge;
-Very good statistical skills, use Statistics quality tools;
-Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Industry;
-Fluent in English;
-Communication and problem solving skills.
