Management Accountant - Medias

RESPONSABILITATI

Profit and Loss Account
-Ensure all cost sources - Field cash, accruals, payroll, intercompany, inventory, fixed assets - processed to the Ledger
-Assist Business Analyst in revenue reconciliation
- Ensure adequate level of accruals for costs invoiced/paid periodically and record all necessary journal vouchers
- Monitor recharges
- Prepare meaningful commentary on Pofit and Loss results and cost variation
- Assist Business Analyst in forecasts and budgeting process
- Coordinate and process recharges for hosted employees

Balance Sheet
- Prepare meaningful balance sheet notes monthly for Business Analyst and Financial Center Manager review
- Reconcile General Ledger balances with subsystems - prepayments, inventory, fixed asset, receivable

Internal control
- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with internal control procedures
- Assist Business Analyst and Business Segment Managers in inventory and fixed assets physical counts
- Assist Business Analyst in the implementation of corrective actions
- Assist Business Analyst and Financial Center Manager in field audits
