Under the supervision of customer service manager, she/he has to achieve and plan the following tasks:
Record customers’ orders, send acknowledgment & reschedule
Send purchase orders to the different manufacturing plant, send acknowledgment & reschedule
Call the customers to agree on price, minimum order quantity, if differences are detected, and also cancel balance of order if necessary
Reply to customers’ reminders
Record and analyse customers’ and sales’ forecasts
Record customers’ quality claims
Create new customers accounts
Update sales offers in company's software (collaborative platform)
Take part in improvement and efficiency of the customer service
TARGET
- Manage customer backlog, from purchase order recording to shipment.
- Improve customer’s relation

Requirements:
Knowledge : University Degree, preferably Administrative Education
Fluency in French
Fluency in English
Experience in customer relation and industry
Be able to : Complete challenging tasks
Work on several topics in the same time, and be interrupted
