If YOU have
- 1 year background experience into a medium management position in every department (Restaurant, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping) within 3-4-5 stars Hotels or Fine Dining Restaurants;
- Qualification or specialization within Hospitality Industry;
- Developed communication capacity and strong leadership skills and abilities,
- A good English level (preferable a fluent level)
- Min 18 up to 35 years old

YOU qualify to successfully fill a position at medium management level within our hotels portfolio from United Kingdom hotels and restaurants from UK;
The programme is implemented and developed in partnership with luxury hotels from UK, most of them part of top 200 luxury hotels and rosetted establishments.
The experience on offer is of a type that is not readily available in Romania but of use in Romania; This means that every individual who qualify on the scheme has a chance to work within establishments at a higher level of services than in his current organization and after completing the work experience program should come in Romania and continue his career development.
