Selects, requisitions, stores, sells, and serves wines in restaurant. Keeps inventory and orders wine to replenish stock. Stores wines on racks or shelves.
Must know the wine list, the characteristics of wine and be able to discuss and suggest appropiate wines to the guests.
- Outgoing and friendly personality;
- 2 references from previous employment;
- Diploma / Certificate;
- Good level in English;
- Police clearance certificate.
