URGENT - Our client a 3* hotel from Scotland is looking to employ for a long term period 2 waitresses. To provide an efficient service of meals for people staying at the hotel. Setting up food service areas for breakfast and lunch. preparing breakfast and lunch buffets. Clearing tables during service and checking replenishment buffet units during each service. Collecting salads and other goods from kitchen. Maintaining all crockery. Collecting and washing fruit. Ensuring menus are displayed.
Must have a professional manner, smart appearance, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail.
Must be able to work well in a team and have a flexible approach.
Previous waiting experience is required, silver service training is desirable.
We require energetic, experienced.
Five day week, split shifts.
Salary: £5,35/hour. Minimum 40 hours/week. Accomodation and meals provided for a cost of £25/week.
