So, a Sous Chef required for a top luxury country house hotel that offers luxury accommodation (40 bedrooms) and excellent customer services to their clients; the hotel is located in a stunning location.

There is a high standard of preparation for every dish and every guest can daily choose from a superb selection of individual dishes in a daily-changing restaurant menu. You should display innovation, greater technical skill and ore consistency and judgment in combining and balancing ingredients!


CERINTE

Entry Criterias:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a friendly and outgoing personality;
- Previous experience within a similar role in the position they apply for;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Experience of delivering a high level of customer service;
- Good English level required (understanding, speaking, writing) – as better the English level will be the easiest the placement will be finalized;
- A high standard of personal presentation;
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality.


BENEFICII OFERITE

- Salary package: 18 - 22 K /year depending on experience + gratuities; excellent accommodation provided in a staff house
- Length of the working contract: 1 year (can be extended up to 3 years)
- Annual leave: 20 paid days/year
