REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants need to have relevant 4-5 stars hotel experience and have strong fine dining skills and preparation techniques from fresh ingredients. Applicants will be running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef and must have 2 yrs experience minimum at this level in the UK.
