Good quality 3 star hotel operation, currently looking for a Sous chef to join the team.The property run a number of outlets, Restaurant, Bar & Function facilities.The restaurant run a good standard of food, 1 rosette quality, producing a mixture of Traditional & Modern style food.
The chef must have good knowledge of fresh food & sauces, and must be able to rotate between Restaurant & Function areas. Supervising junior chefs and covering at head chefs days off.
