Pastry Chef de Parties required for 4* hote, 2AA Rosette restaurant. 4* hotel and AA Rosette standard experience essential, talented in all aspects of pastry/bakery to work within small section able to use initiative and service for function, banquet and restaurant service. Position involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
Salary is ¿¿18,000 - ¿¿22,000 (per year)
