RESPONSABILITATI

Our clinent is a 390 bedroom five red star hotel near London and are currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to complete our brigade and work straight shifts our pastry kitchen.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working under the guidance of our Head Pastry Chef in a team of seven Chefs. You will be responsible for preparing daily breads, desserts and petit fours to the highest of standards for our Brasserie Restaurant, Room Service and expensive Banqueting facillities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for food and who thrives when working under pressure.
You will need to be a strong communicator and have the ability to supervise the team ensuring the smooth running of the section in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef and Junior sous chef.

Experience in a similar establishment is preferred.
