RESPONSABILITATI

Junior Sous Chef in Scotland, 3* establishment under new management. Needs
to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure standards of presentation and
quality of food are achieved. To be able to work in all kitchen stations,
have solid experience at the hot plate, and to have good understanding of
team work. Working 40-48 hours weekly, 5 days out of 7.


CERINTE

To be able to communicate in good English.
Experience is required (must have worked as Chef de Partie in cold and hot
section or Sous Chef), international experience or qualifications (Chef
certificates or Diplomas)are an advantage.
Needs to have a positive attitude towards team work.
Must be able to provide at least one reference from current or previous job
as a Chef
The applicant should be in good health and have clear criminal record.
Must be able to travel within 2-3 weeks


BENEFICII OFERITE

Salary £16.000 per year, paid overtime, trimestrial / annual bonuses may be
offered if the performance is satisfactory.
Free live-in accommodation (in sigle bedroom)and meals provided
5 working days weekly, 40-48 hours
1 month holiday per year
Free enrollment in NVQ courses, Yellow Card work permit
Employment is full time, for unlimited period of time

The applicant has the possibility to become a UK Residence Permit holder
after 12 months of service
