New opportunity to work and live on Jersey Island
Our client is a 5 stars hotel located in Jersey Island which is the largest and most southerly of the UK Channel Islands with over 50 miles of coastline.
They are looking for 4 Demi CDP’s, 4 CDP’s and 1 Jnr Sous chef to make part from the Grand Opening Team of the hotel – expected opening: June-July 2007.
Our client description: around 100 rooms, restaurants, Bars, Terraces, Conference and Banqueting Facilities, Meeting Rooms, Luxury Health Spa, Complete Gym, Full sized indoor heated swimming pool.
The hotel is offering the right individuals fantastic opportunities to become part of their exciting new development, including hotel, bars, restaurants and spa.
Length of the working contract: 2 years.
£15,000 for a demi CDP
£17,000 for a CDP
£20,000 FOR A Jnr Sous
Live in accommodation and food is charge for a £61.50 per week and it is single accommodation on site.
- We are looking for passionate chefs with experience in international cuisine.
- 1 year experience required in the position they apply for;
- Good English required;
