# 8-10 years experience of the full software development cycle
# 5-6 years of senior, technical leadership in design, development and support of J2EE web applications,
# Experience in: JDBC, JMS, Servlets, JSP, ANT, JUnit, Spring Framework, Hibernate
# 3 years experience in development of SQL programs and stored procedures with Oracle
# Experience in the design and development of Data Warehouses
# Excellent problem solving and communication skills
