RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a bright and friendly individual to join the reception team. Hotel receptionist make reservations and cancellations for guests over the phone, by letter, fax or e-mail and face to face. They alocate rooms and hand keys to guests or porters.
- Taking and passing on messages;
- Handling foreign exchange;
- Taking payments;
- Ordering Room Service;
- Ordering taxis for guests;
- Answering questions about facilities and amenities in the hotel and the surrounding area;
- Use the telephone switchboard.

- Enjoy dealing with people and be able to vary your approach deppending on the guest;
- Be patient and tactful;
- Stay calm under pressure;
- Be able to think quickly and solve problems;
- Be able to multi-task;
- Be well organised;
- Good level in English;
- Diploma / Certificate;
- minim 3 years experience in 4-5 stars hotels
