Good quality country pub inn operation need a head chef to run the kitchen operation.The property produce good quality homecooked fresh food, very traditional ie. steaks, homemade pies, curries tec.
The chef will be required to run the kitchen, train and lead junior chefs, maintain hygiene standards, keep in contact with suppliers and make sure that the kicthen is producing a conistent standard of goof food.Must good leadership skills, experience within a busy restaurant or good pub operation at this level.
WAGE:
22000 GBP/year
Accomodation provided 20 gbp/week
