We are looking for a dynamic food and beverage manager who has a proven track record of high standards and has the ability to develop staff as well as improve the GP and quality of the F&B operation.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of all Food and Beverage activities, outlets and catering in compliance with established food and beverage policies and practices of the hotel and Hilton International. As the department manager you will establish an excellent working relationship with all other department heads together with F&B outlet managers, supervisors and team members to achieve objectives. You will be able to drive forward service standards, enhance productivity and creativity to continuously improve performance within the department. You will be confident at building rapport and establishing professional relationships with guests and clients to ensure increased and repeated business.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including earlies, lates, weekends, evenings etc to suit the business needs
An excellent level of spoken English
Experience of managing/ supervising a team is essential
Experience of handling complaints and dealing with the public
You should have experience maintaining standards, achieving targets and objectives
Experience of planning rotas and schedules
Experience of delegating tasks and administration
The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach to all duties, efficient team leading and team training skills and a strong background in the hotel industry. A familiarity dealing with corporate trade and previous F&B experience would be a great advantage.

You must be confident and conscientious, with a high level of communication skills and a mature attitude to all duties.

This opportunity would be fantastic for any person in the hotel industry who considers themselves an all-rounder within the Food and Beverage department with aspirations to moving further up the ranks.
