SUMMARY
Processing of fish of various types but primarily Haddock for local supply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operating various fish processing machinery. Applicant must have white fish filleting skills.
Factory duties, including cleaning of equipment and premises.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
General labouring duties including, loading and unloading of fish deliveries.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Must have worked as a white fish Filleter!

REASONING ABILITY Able to work unsupervised

A smoking ban in public places is in operation under Scottish Law. No employee is permitted to smoke within the Factory premises. The consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden, as is the use of any drugs deemed illegal under Scottish Law. Any infringement will result in immediate dismal!
The job pays ¿6 GBP per hour for a 40 hour week. Overtime will be required and is payable at the same rate.
Protective clothing will be provided and equipment necessary to carry out all duties.
