Now we are coming with a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated Sous Chef can face an Executive Sous Chef vacancy within a Hilton hotel located at 50 min by train from London, beachfront located, with excellent accommodation facilities and excellent food and beverages served within 1 restaurant, 2 lounges and 1 bar; the hotel has also one of the largest residential conference facility from South England (there are 28 meeting rooms or 9 exhibition halls), indoor swimming pool & gym, spa, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and motivated individual, a team player with a passion for food who thrives when working under pressure.
- You will need to be a strong communicator, to have strong leadership abilities and training skills;
- You should have the ability to supervise the team ensuring the smooth running of the section.
Quality standards:
Technical skills should be exemplary; flair and imagination must come through in every product, and balance and depth of flavours are all-important; but there should also be daring ideas, and they must work. There is no room for disappointment. Flavours should be accurate and vibrant, combinations and textures shows a faultless sense of balance, giving each product an extra dimension.
The ideal Chef should
- have previous 4 or 5 stars hotel experience (preferable experience in the same position on offer) as well as fantastic knowledge’s of kitchen management;
- deal with all aspects of kitchen and be able to delegate responsibility to a team and lead by example;
- have excellent creative skills, passion, flair and be innovative and the ability to plan menu's in line with the hotels different outlets.
