# 4+ years experience implementing and supporting large production databases
# Hands-on experience with SQL server or Oracle, Windows NT/2000/XP
# Experienced in SQL Server 7.0 and SQL Server 2000 design and administration
# MCP or MCDBA or similar certification
# Experience of XML based technologies
# Experience with/knowledge of Microsoft .Net technologies
