-Answer calls, live chats and emails
-Manage and resolve client complaints
-Provide clients with product and service information
-Process orders, forms and applications
-Identify and escalate priority issues
-Route calls and chats to appropriate resource
-Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during call.
-Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements.
-Excellent knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is a must
-Any other foreign language will be a BIG advantage
-Hard-working and positive
-Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport with the customer
-Experience from a similar call center role is desirable although specific in-house training will be given
-Ability and desire to learn new skills and tasks
-Able to work as part of a team contributing to the group's success
-Listening and problem solving skills
-Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
-Open, adaptable and good knowledge of MS Office.
-Sales person ( Real Estate experience would be a plus but not mandatory)
