Job Title: Customer Care Team - Salary: Average 15k - plus uncapped commission + Performance Related Bonus The role includes administration retaining current clients and dealing with customer service calls. Targeted on amount of money taken per week and completed files, this is a role for people who don't want just a normal sales role. A great knowledge of the debt industry is needed but training and guidance is given. Both sales and customer service experience would help in this role.
Salary is daily commision and bonus (per year)
