Our Client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of control systems for the Oil & Gas Sector. HNC or good experience. Your job will be to provide internal and customer technical support associated with, and on behalf of, allocated clients. With the support of appropriate engineering disciplines, proactively manage equipment upgrades, field extensions and additional control system facilities planned by Clients.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure that they receive the best possible service. For this you will need a confident telephone manner. You will work closely with the Overseas Operations Manager to support the development of strategic overseas facilities including personnel, test equipment, tooling, spares and consumables. Coordinate all pertinent project documentation, work scopes and procedures for the in-country facility and offshore and offsite operations. Participate in efforts to market the Company¿s products. Maintain effective feedback on the performance of the company¿s products and processes. Maintain necessary offshore certification to support non-routine technical field support required by customers. Participate in longer term planning reviews to ensure that appropriate resources are available to handle the installation and post-installation services required, as well as allowing service participation during new system testing and integration. Day-to-day contact with all internal Company personnel at Aftermarket facility, Aftermarket Coordinators at Bristol and appropriate Bristol project personnel. Regular contact with allocated clients, their representatives and appropriate third-party contract personnel and vendors.
