CSPSD currently handles projects ranging from entire park development that includes residential and industrial communities, infrastructure development related to relocation of villages, housing and eco park projects.
Candidate must have earned his Professional engineering License, BSCE with Structural Emphasis or MSSE degree from accredited school.
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Jr. Level in Structural Engineering and 10+ years of experience as a Senior Level Engineer with structural analysis software knowledge such as STAAD & SAP200.
Experience with single family, multifamily and commercial projects.
Experience in Wood, steel and concrete structures.
Able to write contracts.
Solid in structural design calculations and able to perform structural analysis.
Able to review structural engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, scope of works & DBSP. Able to travel, conduct quality site visits and write reports.
Able to use structural related software.
Familiar with international codes and standards such as: IBC, AISC, AISI, ACI .........etc..
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with special emphasis on preparing technical reports and design studies.
