- An UK restaurant chain with high standard of services is looking to recruit experienced chefs with Italian influence background to work as chefs/cooks in their up to 3 rosettes awarded standards;
- The restaurants have Italian Medditeranean influence, reflected in the furnishings and the food, not least the deli counter from which breads, cheeses and olive oils are served.
- Start with a plate of antipasti, perhaps, or chilli-crusted squid with pineapple and red onion salsa.
- A small section of the menu is devoted to dishes featuring salad leaves, of which chicory with gorgonzola and pear is an example.
- There are several pastas, including orechiette with tomatoes, garlic broad beans and goat's cheese; fired pizzas; and a range of stove-cooked, grilled or spit-roasted meats and fish.
- Comfortable seating and ambient music in the bar makes it great for just mingling and relaxing, while the sunny lounge area, all sumptuous leather sofas and rustic décor, opens up though oversized French doors to the patio.
