Our client, a prestigious 4 stars hotel and 1AA rosettes and 120 rooms, located in Great Britain, is looking for an experienced Chef de Rang (Assistant Restaurant supervisor) and a to work in their Award – Winning Restaurant.
This impressive, popular hotel is part of its own modern resort. The spacious, contemporary bedrooms are well equipped and many have excellent views. The Restaurant provides a refreshing dining experience and the Brasserie offers a lighter menu. The leisure options are extensive.

CERINTE

ROLE:
You will operate in a supervisory capacity in the 1 rosette awarded Restaurant, Bar and functions to ensure the service experience is consistently managed to a five star standard. You will be expected to perform to a high standard and to contribute to the delivery of great results in the department, working with and through teams to and create special experiences for our guests. You will daily report to Restaurant Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATION
- At least 2 years experience in the position they apply for preferable in hotels at 4-5 stars level :, and experienced in fine dining service
- Excellent customer service, team player
- Ability to self start and overcome problems, making decisions as appropriate
- Ability to influence and persuade others to work to a high standard
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within established procedures
- Desire and ability to achieve results and develop the business
- Positive inter-personal skills and a passion for creating a special experiences for the guests
- Fluent English required,

This roles will best be fulfilled by a person who is self-confident, enthusiastic, positive, friendly, competitive, active and independent. The achievement of results through people is important to the position.
