JOB DETAILS: 4 stars hotel & 3 rosettes , 47 rooms, award-winning restaurant with daily-changing menus - United Kingdom – 17.000 GBP gross/year , accommodation provided at a cost of 32,5 gbp/week, seasonal job: march – November 2014
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have previous experience in a fine dining restaurant at a minimum of 2 rosette or 1 michelin star level and 2-3 years supervisory background. The hotel is part of a resort with further outlets which produce brasserie style food and will be looking for 12 chef de parties. Therefore a fine dining background is not essential for the other outlets, just good solid knowledge & experience working with fresh food.
