To assist the Health Club Manager with the overall smooth running of the Club and to help achieve Hotel budgets. To maintain standards of service and hygiene as directed by the Health Club Manager. To enrol new members into the fitness assessment programme and to provide a weekly summary of facility attendance. To ensure the security of Company monies, stock and premises at all times. To motivate the Health Club Assistants and to offer internal training and development sessions.
Applicants must have strong Hospitality experience and buidl a good rapport with hotel guests and also club members.Customer service skills are essentialLeisure industry experience essential, along with good organisational skills, reception and admin experience. You should have a keen interest in leisure and sport. BAWLA, YMCA, Pool Plant qualifications desirable. Lifeguard training, HND or BTEC qualifications would be an advantage. You should be financially aware, confident, well presented and have a pleasant disposition.
Wage:
1416 GBP/month
