Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting nurses for a care home group that is widely considered as the best nursing group of the industry. Their homes are of the highest standard (the quality care commission gave maximum distinction to almost all of the care homes) and so are the services provided to their residents. The care homes provide individually tailored, high quality care to their residents and specialise in areas such as elderly care, dementia care, mental health, palliative care, geriatric care, learning and physical disabilities, respite care and day care.
To apply, you must:
-Have completed your nursing degree
-Ideally NMC registered but candidates who have a valid PRN will be considered
-Very good level of English
-Motivation to work in care homes and always provide the best nursing care
The conditions offered to the Nurses are extremely competitive. Including:
-Hourly Salary between £12.5 and £15 (contracted hours between 36 to 44 hours per week). Per year equals a basic salary between £24000 to £33000
-Permanent contract
-28 days of paid holidays
-One month free accommodation
-Assistance with deposit when the Nurse moves to their own accommodation

The interviews with selected candidates can either be done face to face in the UK or via video conference (Skype)
