Software Support Engineer with German and English

Role Description:

The primary responsibility of the Support Engineer is to manage reactive customer cases to a satisfactory resolution. The engineer has the full responsibility of technical support to our customers. She/he will perform suitable information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, collaborating with other engineers as necessary.


CERINTE

Required:

• Experience in various OS (e.g.Linux, Windows server) and/or data bases
• Fluency in German
• Fluency in English
• Degree in a technical/ scientific discipline
• Technical troubleshooting skills will be a strong advantage
• Excellence in MS Office
• Analytical problem solving skills and trouble shooting experience
• Demonstrated excellence at teamwork, collaboration and knowledge sharing

As an Advantage will be considered:

• Customer Support and/or Account Management experience with demonstrated customer service soft skills
• IT Industry experience
