- To be responsible for testing and verification of the materials in strict compliance with the technical specifications in order to approve the quality of all works certified for payment.
- To analyze and review the quality assurance plan issued by the contractor.
- To coordinate the supporting staff engaged for quality control (bridge engineers, soils and materials engineers, land surveyors, traffic engineers, experts for utilities) in order to ensure that all related procedures are implemented by the consultant’s personnel.
- A graduate in civil engineering / geology with good command of English language.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management in construction (roads/motorways).
- Minimum 2 roads/motorways construction supervision projects, each with a total cost of the supervised works exceeding 20 million euro.
- Minimum 4 years of international experience in quality management of roads/motorways (min. 3 years under the FIDIC contract conditions or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of experience under similar climate conditions in Romania (regular frost periods).
