Produce and deliver products according to customer order;
Ensure quality in the manufacturing process and products;
Organise manufacturing process to achieve targeted cost, quality delivery level;
Effectively work in cross functional teams, leading workshops;
Implement production process and material flow by using lean manufacturing tools;
Manage production maintenance;
Responsible for production department budget.
Technical University degree;
At least 2-3 years workexperience as a Manager Senior Production Engineer in automotive multinational company;
Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, PPAP, procedure;
Quality and customer oriented;
Kaizen thinking, practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools;
English - advenced level;
Leadership behavior able to motivate people around him;
Very good communication skills.
