-To establish a local network of suppliers who deliver quality products at a competitive price
-In cooperation with Al-Vac Denmark coordinate outsourcing of products and processes from Al-Vac Denmark to Al-Vac Romania
-Carry out continous quality inspections on suppliers
-Offer technical support to customers and suppliers
-Establish Al-Vac Romania Production, a production assembly-facility for Al-Vac products
-Carry out continous improvement projects within Al-Vac Romania Production to reduce the cost of products and improve the quality
-Prepare budgets for Al-Vac Romania Production and ensure that these budgets are achieved
-Build up a well functioning organization at Al-Vac Romania Production
-A certain degree of sales activity
