- Plan, design and develop the manufacturing programs;
- Establish and monitor the planned, designed and developed production programs;
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;
- Makes production capacity studies regarding the machines and equipments;
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization;
- Implement and administer the product modifications;
- Takes part at the Continuous Improvement program for each product for which he/she is responsible;
- Creates the technical documentation regarding the products for which he/she is responsible;
- Makes proposals for changes of the manufacturing technology, equipments replacement, etc.;
- Making and create every form & WI & standard operating condition according to TS16949 system.
- Technical University degree is mandatory;
- Very good command of English or/and German knowledge represents a significant advantage;
- 1-3 years experience in production line or working on Automotive Parts Industrial is a plus;
- Self-confident and responsible;
- Very good communication skills.
