PROJECT MANAGER:Must know the digital radio communication systems solutions, different technologies in other countries, EU requirements or recommendations. Must have wide experience in cooperation with governmental organisations and suppliers. No less than 10 years experience in the related field and possess experience in the management of similar contracts, no less than two successfully implemented contracts in EU countries.

Must have wide experience in managing procurement projects and capability to produce exact and unambiguous text in English and have ability to analytic thinking. No less than 10 years experience in the related field and possess experience in the management of similar contracts, no less than two successfully implemented contracts in EU countries.

No less than 5 years experience in the related field. Must have experience in working procurement projects and capability to produce exact and unambiguous text in English and have ability to analytic thinking.
RADIO NETWORK PLANNER:Must have experience from radio network planning in extensive mobile network rollout projects. Must have experience with radio network planning tools. No less than 5 years experience in the related field of digital professional radio communications and possess experience in the management of similar contracts, no less than two successfully implemented contracts in EU countries.
