Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines;
- Ability to read and understand drawings;
- Attend site meetings with our client;
- Manage all aspects of desert based construction, including labour activities, camp services, operation of plant and equipment;
- Ensure project profitability.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Experience in both Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with some knowledge of Civil works construction;
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects;
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards;
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficient in MS Office.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage and/or overseas experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment;
- Ability to drive a large scale project;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Arabic.
