RESPONSABILITATI

- To interpret and research employment law and HR best practice to ensure advice and guidance is both accurate and up to date.
- Ensure management teams are appropriately updated on new employment legislation.
- Ensure all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to clear audit trails and maintain all personnel records in accordance with Data base.
- To strive for efficiency, whilst continuously improving delivery of HR services, in collaboration with HR Coordinator/Manager, to Line Managers and all employees, including:
- Supporting Line Managers in all matters relating to HR including terms and conditions, absence, and flexible working requests.
- Offering advice, arranging and supporting disciplinary and grievance hearings within policy, producing own correspondence using standardised business formats.
- To liaise and assist HR Coordinator/Manager and Line Managers with recruitment by following agreed approval process, advertising vacancies, assisting with interviews, issuing contracts, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed, ie verification of right to work in country, health checks, references, undertaking New Joiner Induction Meetings, ensuring Line Mangers follow
- Probationary Policy, assist with overseas recruitment..
- To offer frontline welfare support to overseas teams, including sickness absence, maternity, disciplinary and capability issues.
- To provide general administration and an efficient support service as required updating of HR employee online database, HR spreadsheets, answering telephone calls, taking messages, typing letters, responding to external reference requests, whilst communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.

Requirements

- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and HR Systems
- Proven written, numerical, communication and verbal skills
- Accurate typing skills recognising need for attention to detail
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships based on trust at all levels
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
